Friday, August 19, 2005, we took the 104-mile mailboat ride up the Rogue River in Oregon. Out of the smog bank and into the sun, we enjoyed the splashes of the water and the wildlife along the way. A huge fog bank has gripped this area for a few days with its cold, damp fingers.
