Kay Jones > Snow and slush ice these red abutilon blooms in our front yard in Brookings, OR.

Kay Jones > My friend Michelle introduced me to orange sedge and I now have lots of it in our garden.
Kay Jones > It has taken a very long time for the canna to take hold, but this one is still blooming in early December.
Kay Jones > A "Chinese lantern" grows on our variegated flowering maple or abutilon tree.
Kay Jones > If there's a box to be found, Ozzy will find it and then take a nap in it. He loves boxes!
Kay Jones > Ozzy's just hanging out in the box watching us plant the vinca minor or small periwinkle under the tulip poplar tree.
Kay Jones > The cats love these soft hebe bushes. This is Shaggy hiding in one of the bushes. He's thinking, "You can't see me now, can you?"
Kay Jones > Tom calls this our "Raggedy Ann" flower. I planted several of these bulbs, but I can't remember their name. This first one looks like a shaggy dahlia or sunflower. These are planted around my sun-circle patio along with some sunflowers and wildflowers like poppies and bachelor's buttons.
